After a full time job at Microsoft I started a Consulting Firm and became a certified trainer and independent consultant. This gave me the freedom to serve clients needs directly rather than through licensing or platform requirements. I am also the Director of Product Development for a Microsoft Partner / Software firm focused on international supply chain, finance, EDI and Data Integration. As an IT technical resource with over 25 years of experience in designing, developing and implementing Enterprise Resource Planning software systems, I have created a LISTEN, LEARN, THINK, ACT philosophy. I have applied this to many projects over the years and offer my client true consulting: Mentoring and Training client staff along the way to reduce future outside consulting needs and costs.
