Project Manager
Current• Manages and leads team of up to 60 field employees. Serves as a mentor for designated team by fostering professional growth and tracking progress through performance evaluations.• Manages significant matters such as program development, program budgeting and reconciliation, and auditing/evaluating program impact and performance.• Monitors program-related contracts and agreements.• Serves as programmatic recruitment lead for all open roles within designated agreement, working closely with the health department and CDC Foundation recruitment team• Serves as program liaison for and between internal and external stakeholders, including CDC Foundation Human Resources, Federal Compliance, Finance, and Accounting• Prepares, finalizes, and submits narrative and financial reports or updates to donors in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.• Fosters and maintains peer-to-peer relationships with jurisdictional partners aimed at efficient and effective program implementation.• Implements program-related goals, objectives, operating policies, strategic plans, guidelines, governance, standards, and priorities to ensure consistency with departmental standard operating procedures.
