Project Manager
Current- Manages and leads team of up to 60 field employees. Serves as a mentor for designated team by fostering professional growth and tracking progress through performance evaluations.
- Manages significant matters such as program development, program budgeting and reconciliation, and auditing/evaluating program impact and performance.
- Monitors program-related contracts and agreements.
- Serves as programmatic recruitment lead for all open roles within designated agreement, working closely with the health department and CDC Foundation recruitment team
- Serves as program liaison for and between internal and external stakeholders, including CDC Foundation Human Resources, Federal Compliance, Finance, and Accounting
- Prepares, finalizes, and submits narrative and financial reports or updates to donors in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
