Significant experience in counterintelligence analysis as well as in management of physical security projects, physical security compliance to government regulations, policy development and operational leadership. Entrusted on multiple occasions with very high profile, high responsibility security and intelligence missions that were successfully accomplished in every case. I am a senior counterintelligence subject matter expert as a government contractor to the United States Navy and have worked at the Defense Intelligence Agency, United States Coast Guard and US Treasury. In these roles I provide analysis, policy development, threat assessments and briefings as well as represented these organizations to external government organizationsI have an extensive background in research, development and acquisitions / supply chain risk management from the counterintelligence aspect. I have developed crisis management plans, project security plans, evacuation plans, threat assessments and kidnap and ransom plans for corporations operating overseas in medium to high threat environments. I have also provided numerous travel security briefings, intelligence reports to both public and private sector clients. Served in the US Navy as an intelligence officer as well as an NCIS Agent, achieveing the rank of Commander (O-5). I was selected to the NCIS Special Contingency Group, conducting operations in foreign hostile environments where my acheivements were recognized at the highest levels. I was further selected to be a part of NCIS Protective Operations Division, entrusted with the security of the leadership of the Department of Defense as well as being in charge of the security of multiple foreign dignitaries visiting the US.
