Address Scope change and possible add-on services not foreseen. • Oversee the creation and verify the accuracy of the scope, ensure that these are agreed to and quotes created based on the SOW. • Review and optimization of existing wireless network, customer network, integration, commissioning and call testing of converged mobile networks. • Responsible for site crew quality, timelines, accuracy, safety and schedule. • Installation of equipment including Ericsson 3000 series cabinets, Ericsson 6000 series cabinets, DU’s, RRU’s, PDU’s, BBU’s, cabling, labeling, photo documentation and COP process.• Onsite supervision of all cell site related construction activities defined in scope of work both day and night. • Assist on overall job on ground and tower crew, all task required to build and install as per customer specification, continues to work toward new certification and training for tower and cell site related work. • Complete physical assessment of existing cell site, identifying equipment and verifying ability to add or modify equipment at site. • Collaborated with Equipment vendors, network operation center personnel and members of RF design engineers to complete antennae migration, modification to successfully complete network modernizations. • A proven ability to work efficient, multi task, meet stringent deadlines and achieve project goals. • Accurate daily and weekly reporting to the project manager or client as required. • Strong knowledge of AT&T network solutions, SOW, RFDS, BOM, MOPS and configuration concepts. • Proficient in principles of CDMA/ LTE/ UMTS and GSM, and basic principles of digital transmission, fiber communication, data communication, telephony terminology, industry standards and online network control, maintenance systems. • Using sophisticated test equipment, measuring devices, meters and hand tools in analyzing, adjusting, installing, wiring, repairing and maintaining wireless, transmission, and associated equipment. • Performs BSC functions such as, card replacements, radio swaps, script loads and computer inputs to create, modify, to correct database contents, performs manual and electronic cross connects. • Operation of PC or similar devices to access required cell site equipment, understanding of MOP's, RFDS, hands on experience with various company software's such as Element Manager, BTS Manager, Procom Plus and Hyper Terminal. • Coordinate with equipment vendors on issues requiring software or hardware fixes from the manufacturer. • Strong understanding of CDMA, UMTS, LTE technology, Ericsson Legacy BTS projects. • Coordinate with local LDO implementation manager, market managers, planning of new site builds, site migrations, and with IM in preparation of script generation, ensure session files are error free prior to script generation. • Monitor sites during pre-migration soak period for alarms, perform pre-migration data analysis make sure site is functionally ready to take traffic. • Detailed knowledge of cell site layouts, compound, equipment, pads, BTW, RBS, Telco/Power, microwave antennas, transmission lines. Strong knowledge of work involved in all initiatives including LTE, UMTS, multiple carriers, Site Modifications, New Site Builds.
