As a strategy-driven Leader with a strong and consistent track record of success in helping companies to achieve their goals, I understand the importance of results. I possess a Master of Science in Information Technology and deep experience driving profitability by setting winning strategic directions for technology across organizations (namely FAGE USA and the US Army). I excel at overseeing a wide variety of hardware and software, enhancing processes and standard operating procedures, and managing IT projects. I revel in the challenge of accomplishing goals where technology-related challenges threaten to negatively impact the organization’s bottom line. I am also a passionate contributor with a laser-focus on exceeding organization expectations.During my career, I built an IT infrastructure from the ground up for the first US manufacturing facility at FAGE USA, and I formed a team of professionals to keep the facility running 24/7. I also consolidated Active Directory resources from European facilities into the US facility. I currently manage two departments as well as the office infrastructure globally from the US at the company. A few of my recent successes include: ► I am leading a $935K network security improvement project at FAGE USA to deploy new antivirus software, a client and network firewall, and industrial ethernet switches in our Johnstown manufacturing facility. This project has involved transitioning the company from a collapsed core network to a three-tier core, distribution, and access layer network model. ► I integrated global security smoothly with minimal disruption at FAGE USA by effectively performing a global on-premises Active Directory consolidation that involved migrating European Active Directory objects (e.g., MS Exchange mailboxes, file servers, print servers, and workstations into US Active Directory). As part of this two-year-long process, I restructured Active Directory to facilitate the delegated administration to the European team.► I transformed a US Army center’s technical support policy from reactive to proactive in six months by upgrading and troubleshooting computer systems in advance of problems rather than in reaction to problems.► I have managed 11 staff, IT support for 500 staff, and a $1M budget. All in all, I have earned a reputation as a quick-learning, influential leader.
