Senior Systems Administrator
CurrentSr. Systems Administrator on the Content Services team utilizing a combination of Content Server, OpenText Media Management and Microsoft products as a holistic solution for Enterprise Content Management. Responsibilities include:• Act as a trusted partner for business groups currently using our ECM solutions to understand challenges/areas for opportunity and implement straightforward, easy to understand solutions• Provide technical expertise/guidance to Business Analysts working with departments undergoing deployment into the ECM solutions; help refine business requirements and determine the appropriate solution based on those requirements• Design/implement robust document taxonomy (CIS models) in accordance with business needs that affords efficient search/retrieval of documents• Develop tailored business process and content management solutions in the Content Server environment using Workflow, Web Forms, LiveReports, WebReports and ActiveViews• Assist middleware and application development teams integrating Content Server with external applications via the Content Server REST API• Write SQL scripts that provide actionable insight (system usage, security audits, etc.) to business partners, Records Management/Information Architecture teams, and ECM program leadership
