> Brought in as an experienced Lotus Notes Developer to help team get through a large backlog of Lotus Notes Applications needing work> Worked projects through whole Software Development Life Cycle from requirements gathering through Post Implementation> Provided Lotus Notes development training to less experienced team members> Responsible for multitasking and prioritizing work on up to 12 different applications at any one time.

Fully involved throughout the entire Software Development Life Cycle including: requirements gathering, estimating the number of development hours, solution design, coding, implementing, and supporting solutions.
