Led a 3 plant operation with 350 to 400 employees and $80,000,000 in sales.Initiated and lead the consolidation and closure of 3 plants into 1 plant saving $2,600,000.Led a lean culture change in operations to improve the Mills on time performance. Mill went from 2 plus weeks behind to being current and wood parts inventory was reduced by more than $250,000.

Led a plant with 110 - 125 employees and annual production of $35,000,000 per year.Using lean principles initiated and led the relay out and restructuring of the entire plant to improve the flow of product through the plant, improved the efficiency by 25%, improved gross margin by 20%, and improved on time completion to 98%. Became the first plant to hit 100% on time completion.
