Brian Alexander, J.D., is the dynamic Chief of Staff at Project H.O.O.D. (Helping Others Obtain Destiny), a flourishing organization comprising 44 full-time and 30 part-time staff. In just over a year, Project H.O.O.D. has raised an impressive $30 million for the construction of an 89,000-square-foot facility known as the Robert R. McCormick Leadership and Economic Opportunity Center. Working seamlessly with Pastor Corey Brooks, Brian serves as a valued personal assistant while simultaneously performing his role as the Director of Community Health and Wellness for Project H.O.O.D. Moreover, he manages the construction of the Leadership and Economic Opportunity Center, demonstrating his versatility and commitment.As part of the triad of executive leadership at Project H.O.O.D., Brian’s influence is a driving force behind the organization's success. Raised in the Englewood community and having grown up in the New Beginnings Church - the local missions arm of Project H.O.O.D. - Brian returned to South Side, Chicago, with a single-minded goal of giving back to the community that shaped him. Since his return, he has dedicated his life to service at both the grassroots and grasstops levels, fueling Project H.O.O.D.'s growth.Among Brian's notable achievements is his oversight of the Rooftop Revelations experience. In this campaign, Pastor Brooks camped out on a rooftop from November 28, 2021, until October the following year. The Rooftop Revelations campaign received national recognition after being featured on Fox News Digital for hundreds of consecutive days. This publicity significantly raised the profile of Project H.O.O.D. and its mission.Rooted in his community and armed with a B.A. in Political Science from Howard University and a Juris Doctorate from the University of the District of Columbia, David A.
