Strategic contract- and supplier management of the Telecom portfolio within the centralised ICT department of Rijkswaterstaat. Portfolio consists of all Networking and Telephony contracts and projects with several Telecom suppliers.

Within the centralised ICT department of Rijkswaterstaat responsible for the financial contract management of (major) IT outsourcing contracts with several suppliers. Main focus on the financial processes, financial audits, contract prices, contract changes, invoicing and escalations related to the contract financials. Main working areas are Network, Telephony, Office Automation and Data Center.

As a TSM worked on solutions of international complex IT outsourcing proposals (Request for Proposals) as part of the Engagement Services department. Within the engagement (bid) teams responsible for the setup, structure and management of the costing processes and the cost and allocation model, on which the customer’s pricing model in the contract is based. Co-operation with IT Architects, IT Specialists on different competency towers, Sales and Client Managers, Legal, Procurement, HR and Pricing professionals to realize a high quality proposal including a competitive price to the customer.

As a Finance professional worked on several assignments at various companies (profit) and government agencies (non-profit). Fulfilled several job roles in the finance working area, e.g. accountant audits, internal audits AO/IC, (assistant) controller, finance administrator and costing analyst. Also worked on internal projects (knowledge management), e.g. mapping the trends and developments of IP-connectivity (triple play / multi play) and link these to the related financial processes.
