Responsible for development, implementation and improvement of the quality management system for 3 ISO 9001:2015 registered plants as well as all corporate processes including Purchasing, Sales & Marketing, Warehousing, and HR. •Led project to replace existing enterprise quality management system; scope encompassed internal auditing, corrective action including SCAR, customer complaints, calibration, and change management. Worked with HSE management to integrate key HSE processes into the system.•Improved customer satisfaction report with leading and lagging positive and negative KPIs giving a more complete picture than previous report.
