Corporate Quality Manager
- Responsible for development, implementation and improvement of the quality management system for 3 ISO 9001:2015 registered plants as well as all corporate processes including Purchasing, Sales & Marketing.
- Led project to replace existing enterprise quality management system; scope encompassed internal auditing, corrective action including SCAR, customer complaints, calibration, and change management. Worked with HSE.
- Improved customer satisfaction report with leading and lagging positive and negative KPIs giving a more complete picture than previous report.
