Responsible for defining the business and product strategy for the Digital Aviation Cloud Platform Analytics Domain. This includes writing and harmonizing requirements, setting priorities and managing an integrated roadmap and implementation schedule. Domains include customer facing (for-fee) analytics products, internal decision support analytics tools.

Worked across the advanced analytics community to harmonize business objectives, identify data requirements, establish priorities, and manage the integrated data on-boarding roadmap. Partnered with P&L groups to design and deliver new analytics capabilities and services for use in for-fee products and services.

Defined and managed digital customer experiences including the myboeingfleet.com B2B portal and Digital Aviation Cloud Platform Channel. Prioritized work for the CX Team and ensured the user-centered design (UCD) process was followed. Conducted on-site customer engagement activities for iPhone and iPad apps and reported findings for inclusion into product.

Managed the migration of the Material Management eCommerce Website generating $800M in annual part sales revenue into the myboeingfleet.com B2B Marketplace. Responsibilities included negotiating and prioritizing scope with executive leadership, requirements gathering and analysis, UX improvements and rollout plan. Developed and managed the Marketplace.

Led redesign and overhaul of northwesternmutual.com that launched in December, 2009. As Project Owner, managed the interactive design agency, search engine marketing firm and internal business clients. Project included migrating the website platform to Microsoft Office SharePoint Server (MOSS). On-going responsibilities included vendor management.

Served as the Project Owner on the website redesign project for rwbaird.com. Managed Baird’s Web properties and client extranets, field website program consisting of 600 financial advisor and 65 office sites, web analytics reporting, organic search engine optimization, vendor relationships and eBusiness team.Previously, served as an eBusiness Strategy.
