After quarterbacking the due diligence effort to sell Skyline Technologies, I was asked for a 60-day transition of my responsibilities and ultimately my departure from the acquiring company. I took the opportunity to rejuvenate and assess what I wanted to do next. During that time, I managed to fully enjoy some family milestones, such as my daughter graduating from college and my son graduating from high school and completing his first 2 years of college. Upon reflection, I learned that I was doing what I wanted to do at Skyline. Therefore, I set out to find a similar technology company with a strong culture.

Provided leadership to the Administration Team as well as the Executive Team, which included financial, business, and budget management, education, and forecasting activities. Negotiated contracts with both potential clients and vendors to achieve wins for both parties. Hosted monthly meetings that summarized the business results and financial position to company leaders and shareholders as well as presented broader data to the Board of Directors on a quarterly basis. Responsible for all matters related to S-Corporation taxation and Shareholder relations. Led and managed relationships with corporate bank, corporate attorneys, tax advisors, and corporate valuation experts. Treasurer & Secretary of Skyline's Board of Directors.In February 2021, Skyline was acquired by Core BTS, Inc. Upon request, I transitioned my responsibilities to Core's CFO over 60 days.
