Project Read is a non-profit organization that seeks to eliminate illiteracy in Utah County. Project Read provides one-on-one tutoring services to help individuals improve their reading and writing skills sufficiently to meet personal goals, function well in society, and become more productive citizens. The goals of Project Read are met through the cooperation of community volunteers and other organizations that serve adults with low literacy skills.

In March, 2012, O'Neill Law merged into Routh Crabtree Olsen. I continued to perform the same duties I was completing earlier while Of Counsel for RCO.

As counsel for RCO, I assisted with many of the firms bankruptcy cases in Idaho. My primary responsibilities included reviewing chapter 13 plans and drafting objections as necessary to protect the clients' interests, drafting motions for relief from stay, preparing proofs of claims, negotiating values with debtors' attorneys, and appearing in court to argue motions and contested issues.

I handled bankruptcy cases throughout the state of Idaho. My primary responsibilities included reviewing chapter 13 plans and drafting objections if necessary, drafting motions for relief from stay, preparing proofs of claims, appearing in court to argue contested issues, and various other tasks associated with bankruptcy. I also represented several clients in preference suits initiated by the bankruptcy trustees.

I worked closely with the bankruptcy judges to review complex bankruptcy issues and perform legal research. I prepared, revised, and edited memoranda and opinions prior to their issue by the court. I served on the local bankruptcy rules committee and assisted other members of the bar draft and revise local rules of procedure and practice. I interacted with members of the bankruptcy bar and conducted pretrial hearings. I compiled a list of bankruptcy decisions and summaries which was presented to members of the bar at an annual seminar.
