Responsible for Project management of projects from inception to completion. Manage a diverse cross section of projects from educational, commercial, retail and housing. Managing many concurrent projects valued at $125M or more. Responsible for the permitting, design, bidding and construction of 6 new assisted living facilities ranging in cost up to $24M. Managed 18 MSBA school projects that include repair projects, addition and a new middle school, in total managed over $100M in public school projects. Overseen $15M in capital improvement projects at the Hancock Tower Complex in Boston, which included mechanical upgrades to the Tower, lobby renovation and 2000 car parking garage remediation project. Development manager for a $43M renovation of an existing 10 story 800,000 square foot office building in the Back Bay area of Boston. The redevelopment included creation of 250,000 sqft of new Class A office and retail space. Assisted with the leasing efforts and oversight of the tenant improvement work for both the retail and office tenants throughout the entire building. In addition have completed a $10M renovation the Cathedral Church of St. Paul in Boston & the renovation of St. Luke's Church in Chelsea for the Episcopal Dioceses of Boston. Other work performed is due diligence services and has evaluated over 90 properties in excess of $2.4 Billion in value of Commercial Office Real Estate in Texas, Delaware, Maryland, Washington DC, New York & Boston. Currently working on a $67M new Town center for the Middleton that includes a new Fire, Police, Town Hall, Community Center and Town Green on a former golf course. A $32M new Special Education Center for the City of Quincy that will serve 450 students as well as other school repair projects throughout Massachusetts.

Lead, managed and oversaw architecture projects on a day-to-day basis from the Schematic Design/Conception phase through to Design Development, Construction Drawings, Bidding/Contract Negotiation, Construction Administration and Closeout phases. Worked on projects for Warner Lambert, Abbot Laboratories, Merck, Corning Incorporated and Bright Horizons.

Assisted the firm Architect with all aspects of architectural work. Duties included maintaining project files, CAD drafting, model making, construction site visits, code review and preparing presentations for clients. Worked on projects for Xerox, Alkermes and office fit out for full floor tenant.

Assisted the Project Architect in drafting for both interior & exterior of projects from design development through construction documents. Worked on projects for Tufts Medical, Beth Israel and Sturdy Memorial Hospital.

Provide reception desk coverage. Provide administrative support and assist with ad hoc projects for the facilities team. Assist in implementing US EPA Greenlights energy saving program. Maintain databases, paper and electronic filing systems. Assist in the design and layout of furniture reconfiguration for departments. Create AutoCAD as-built of campus irrigation system.
