Mr. Lay, age 43, is responsible for the vision, strategic direction, client interaction and the staff of the Macau-Hong Kong-China-EU based construction firm specializing in high end fitting out interiors projects.ICON's core business spans high-end FOH casino, hotel, retail, food and beverage, themed, and specialty fit-out projects. Mr. Lay has extensive international construction experience, having managed multi-million dollar projects in Macau, China S.A.R.; Sydney, Australia; and Toronto, Canada. A builder/carpenter by trade with a Certificate 3 in General Construction from NSW, Australia, Mr. Lay has accumulated over 23 years of experience in the building and construction industry. Mr. Lay is knowledgeable in business development, bidding and contract negotiation, cost and risk management, value engineering, and best practice methodologies.
