With a focus on synthesizing legal and business strategy, I have a proven history of leading change, minimizing risk, and driving growth. I was recruited out of private practice to Hyatt Legal Services (now MetLaw), a company which enables employers to offer employees to access affordable, experienced attorneys. I began as assistant counsel and was rewarded for my superior performance with a series of successive promotions, ultimately to general counsel. In this role, I collaborated with executive management to identify new opportunities for growth, to increase market share, and to ensure that the company’s interests were secured. In addition, I was responsible for the customer service experience and led a high-performing team of 70 direct and indirect reports to advance the company’s goals.
