I provide all day to day end-user related support from password resets and training, provisioning equipment and user accounts and troubleshooting all issues that may arise. I also help manage our file shares and VMs stored on NetAPP and Nimble storage appliances. I assisted with our on-prem Exchange to Office 365 migration and provided support for users with questions on the new platform and with the new In-place Archiving feature. I manage our Kaspersky anti-virus solution, am in charge of monitoring systems and keeping inventory with Lansweeper. I also am responsible for researching, deploying, and managing our MDM software.
