This covers all roles, from general store colleagues to senior management, and everything in-between.• Direct sourcing candidates for roles that are particularly difficult to fill, using platforms such as LinkedIn and Reed to create leads, talent pool and engage suitable candidates.• Liaising with in-store management teams, and other senior stakeholders within the business, to offer expert recruitment advice to help improve candidate pipelines and the overall candidate experience.• Preparing reports and presentations to be shared with senior stakeholders. This reporting and delivery of information helps to shape the recruitment strategy of the business.• Looking at ways to continuously improve processes through process mapping and working with other departments to share best practices and ways of working.• I have been involved in a number of high profile projects whilst working in this role, including working on a project to improve organic traffic flow to Sainsbury's careers website through Search Engine Optimisation with an external partner.
