I periodically advise businesses and corporations on growth strategy, business combination and corporate transactions. Hill & Co. Property Management is a real estate services company that provides residential property management, leasing, and maintenance services for condominium, homeowners association (HOA), and multifamily property owners. I acquired in 2019 through VIO Management, a self-funded search entity, then executed a follow acquisition in 2020. Exited the combined business in 2022.

Grew revenue 20x, and improved unit revenue by 40%. Led revenue (strategic partnerships, mergers & acquisitions, and referral channels) through 3 rounds of financing.

IPO in September 2018. Now trading as a public company (LON: FCH)I led the development of loan origination and revenue generating opportunities & partnerships for Funding Circle in the US. I also launched the first "Instaprice" API for Funding Circle.Headline partnerships include H&R Block, C2FO, Intuit, US Department of Commerce, and large regional banks.

Launched and scaled new ventures through access to customer relationship, distribution partnership development, and fundraising advisory. Brought over 100 products to market.

Launched & scaled new test and technology products, adding $3 million to top line. Increased the geographic footprint through targeted 7 targeted market expansions. Reviewed technology and products that could generate operating efficiencies internally.
