- Streamline production workflow through anticipation of project needs. This includes improving upon old production templates as well as preparing new efficient and intuitive templates based on guidelines from UX specifications and the Google Store site responsiveness. These templates not only improved the team's Production Designer workflow, but also bridged a very important gap between the Visual Designers and Production Designers.- Building effective documentation through Google slide decks for training purposes based on all the specs and workflows we’ve gathered and adopted. Performed introductory training with new production designers utilizing those training decks.- Ingested specs and guidelines delivered to our team and became the portal for production guideline knowledge.- Organize production workloads with a very simplified but useful Google spreadsheet tracker designed specifically for Production Designers to see not only exactly what products will need to be cropped for, but also the sheer amount of assets each product required.- Prepare and crop hundreds of product images for the Google Store out of Photoshop, Sketch and Illustrator.- Quickly learned the workflows of the retouchers on our team and dove into Google Store photography retouching. Photography includes high quality, high resolution product and lifestyle photography. In addition, ensure consistency within a family of products for color and style by picking up shots that other retouchers brought to 90%, and taking them all the way to completion.- Quick turnarounds, team collaboration, minimal compromise.

- Helped develop a brand new CG specialized team designed to do several important forward-moving tasks utilizing 3D generalist skill set: 3D modeling, shader development, lighting and rendering designed for ultra high res images. Produced in Maya and C4D, both with Vray.- support 2D production artists with high quality and high res reference images for product details and perspective orientation. - Build dozens of high quality, high res, scalable and hyper realistic images in Photoshop for one of the most advanced and beautiful websites in the world.

Worked at the LSI corporate offices producing marketing collateral for multiple ClubSports on a tight-nit marketing team composed of Marketing and Graphic Art industry professionals. Collateral includes banners, large format posters, flyers and web elements. Collateral production normally exceeds 25 separate programs in a given month, each with it's own collection of pieces. Team's goals are to be modern and cutting edge, to be clear and concise with each subject.
