I have been in the Real Estate Industry for over 20 years buying, rehabbing, selling and managing many properties. I own rental properties in North Carolina and New York. I began my career full time in 1999 after graduating Stevens Institute of Technology with a Bachelors of Engineering Degree. I can take a project from conception to completion, accurately and efficiently. I have worked on many high profile projects throughout NYC and Long Island. Some of which include Thompson Reuters, NYU, ABInbev, JCPenny Manhattan Mall, Newsweek Headquarters, McDonald's Time Square, Calvin Klein, Tanger Malls, Peconic Bay Medical, Northwell Health, Goldman Sacs, MTV, Avalon Bay, Timber Ridge Communities, and many more. As an experienced AutoCAD Draftsman and Project Manager, I am well versed in all areas of construction. My goal is to to build quality projects, implementing the latest technology, while creating strong business relationships. I am an active 10+ year volunteer with the Nassau Land Trust who operates Crossroads Farm in Malverne, and past board member of the Nassau Land Trust. I am part of a group of volunteers who operates Nassau County's only certified organic farm. From facility maintenance, to business planning and management, to operating the tractor, I am hands on and love giving back to the community!I am also a 26+ volunteer with the Malverne Reserve Police and hold the rank of Deputy Inspector. I take pride in giving back to my community.I am a board member of the newly formed nonprofit “You’ll Be OK Too” helping women with breast cancer.
