My mission is to "Create more harmony in the world," and I strive to do this by providing coaching, teaching, and speaking in the areas of leadership, DEI, sustainability, and well-being. As the author of the book Harmonic Leadership, I offer it freely to all leaders to equip you to create an environment where every person feels fully valued, fully motivated, and fully cared for. When people feel cared for, it equips them to better care for others, care for the group, care for the work, care for the self, and care for the earth. This leads to creating life-giving environments where everyone can thrive. You can download the free Harmonic Leadership book at HarmonicLeadership.net (https:www.harmonicleadership.net). And you can learn more about how I can help at BrianLowellFrench.com (https://www.brianlowellfrench.com).I am an IAC - Certified Coach through the IAC-International Association of Coaching, where I serve on the Board of Governors. I also lead the IAC-Sustainability Committee, equipping our members with resources to address climate change and the other sustainability needs in our world. I work with individuals and teams through coaching and facilitating leadership programs to help leaders identify their unique purpose, and then equip them to work towards fulfilling that purpose to make their part of the world a better place. And I place a special focus on supporting non-profit organizations and leaders whose work aligns with the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (UN-SDGs). The Keynote Concerts that I provide combine stories with music, to create a meaningful and memorable experience that engages and inspires the participants. These unique sessions can be delivered in-person and virtually. I'm also a certified mindfulness teacher and Qigong teacher, offering programs that integrate mindfulness practices into work/life to strengthen resilience, focus and caring. Besides the learning and development background, I’ve also been a professional musician, and still write, play, sing, and record whenever time allows. In the Harmonic Leadership book, I happily bridge these two areas where I infuse musical themes within the content (as you'll see on our website at https://www.harmonicleadership.net). And just as there are so many different genres of music, and each is special in its own unique way, there are many different kinds of people, and we are all special in our own unique way. By embracing this uniqueness we can all learn to work with each other more productively, and care for each other more deeply.
