Senior Marketing Specialist
Current- Manage the partnership of Student Price Card loyalty program and collaborate with senior management to create seasonal campaigns targeting the student demographic, resulting in an increase in sales YOY for mobile.
- Strategize and analyze the placement of branding and promotional messages in 240+ retail stores to improve the customer journey, increasing service and brand awareness for WIRELESSWAVE and Tbooth wireless.
- Review and manage 200+ campaign creatives using Wrike project management software to ensure consistency in promotional and brand messaging, brand identity, and legal requirements.
- Coordinate project deadlines and creatives with various media agencies for ATL campaigns to maintain consistent and timely execution, resulting in a seamless and unified campaign message and customer journey.
- Streamline marketing processes for studio, print vendors, and retail communication to improve the end-to-end campaign operations experience from the marketing team to retail stores.
