My primary focus has been applying evaluation capacity building (ECB) principles to help grant-funded programs establish sustainable evaluation and measurement processes. Experience working with diverse populations, including small groups operating on the tribal lands of the Hopi, Navajo, Shoshone-Bannock, Ute, and Zuni; rural communities; a low SES school district; and four large/medium-sized institutions of higher education. I worked with various clients offering psychometric and assessment services to develop and validate instruments. Notable services included:- The development of non-cognitive admissions rubrics.- Investigation of latent constructs using factor analytic methods.- Many-Facets Rasch Model analyses.- Measurement invariance testing.- Development of a shortened version of the OQ-45 psychological outcome questionnaire.

As an institutional research analyst, I supported university leaders and external stakeholders in the decision-making process through applied research and statistical analysis. In addition, I spent considerable time developing Tableau dashboards that tracked the student journey using institutional and National Student Clearinghouse data.

I taught asynchronous online physics and chemistry courses to high school students across the state.

I taught in a variety of secondary educational settings. Courses included robotics, engineering, physics, electronics, programming, chemistry, and woodworking. During this time, I also led after-school engineering, robotics, and programming club under the umbrella of the Technology Student Association.

I designed, taught, and evaluated a two-week course on engineering structures and a three-week course on solar energy for the Technology & Engineering Education department. In addition, I represented the Technology & Engineering Education department in an interdisciplinary curriculum development project.

Demonstrated the ability to effectively communicate across diverse cultural and lingual backgrounds. I supported offices in China, Singapore, and Australia in implementing and improving company work processes.
