My primary focus has been applying evaluation capacity building (ECB) principles to help grant-funded programs establish sustainable evaluation and measurement processes. Experience working with diverse populations, including small groups operating on the tribal lands of the Hopi, Navajo, Shoshone-Bannock, Ute, and Zuni; rural communities; a low SES school district; and four large/medium-sized institutions of higher education. Services include:- Full-service external grant evaluation- Research design & sampling techniques- Instrument development and validation (Psychometrics)- Data collection and reporting design- Grant writing- Collective Impact evaluationGrants evaluated: NSF Inclusion across the Nation of Communities of Learners of Underrepresented Discoverers in Engineering and Science (INCLUDES), USDA Women and Minorities in Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics Fields Program (WAMS), and AmeriCorps, and CARES Act funding
