Hello! I’m Brian, and I'm passionate about building infrastructure sustainably and efficiently. I believe that the development of infrastructure will be a game-changer in the issues associated with income inequality and climate change in ASEAN, the sixth-largest economy globally. I drive the Corporate Development of 8W, a tech-enabled builder that delivers quality and timely projects. I focus on the strategic adoption of construction technology (con-tech), and to nurture an open, positive business culture in 8W. These elements helps 8W to create solutions that makes sense for our clients. In my previous roles, I have experience in strategy development, business process improvement and business development. I also have experience in financial analysis, strategy implementation and asset management of corporate real estate, with a particular focus on hospitality assets. I believe that things should be done fast, and done responsibly. Life is too short to be wasted, because "no amount of money ever bought a second of time" (Tony Stark, 2019).
