Specifically, managing the following responsibilities:• Organize, manage and control all aspects of Transfer Agency operations for leading transfer agency organizations in UK and Ireland • Managing the customer AML, KYC checks and the customer set up on multiple systems Supervising and processing customer requests for new subscriptions, redemptions, switches, conversions, transfers in & outManaging registration activities for customer static data record maintenance such as customer address details, banking details, personal details, etc. Supervising the reconciliation of daily client money movements Supervising the Cash management activities Supervising and processing Deal Aggregation, NAV Pricing, Settlements Ensuring the contract notes are delivered to customers in time on the trades executed daily Managing the team performance, providing direction and feedback for improvement Managing various internal and external audits Creating and reviewing standard operating procedures, developing and redesigning processes in the best interest of customers, product and regulators.
