Estimation, activity planning, taking care of budgets, stakeholders and product-based planning.Project Manager and former Leader of the AntiVenom Venture, a consortium developing tool compounds and inhibitors against snake toxins. Comprising of many stakeholders and steering groups organized in a common endeavor to ultimately produce synthetic antivenoms, which can neutralize snakevenom in envenomed victims. Currently, my biggest success originates from one of our Proof of Concept (PoC) projects, with the aim of commercialization of anti-toxins, involving drug discovery and development of peptides.
