Benchmarked composite layup against hollow titanium to determine the most competitive fan architecture for Boeing.

- Deployed predictive macro using ANSYS APDL to quickly, effectively and accurately predict adverse stress regions for blade analysis based on fatigue and fracture mechanics equations to support a wide variety of engine programs including the V2500, PW4000, FT4000, and GP7000. Macro utilized to reduce damage analysis timeline form multiple days to under 24 hours. - Support team with general structures tasks including field analysis, engineering changes, updating engine manuals, expanding blueprint tolerances, and maintaining fleet operability and reliability.
