As a Director of Marketing and Business Development, I successfully increase brand awareness and recognition as well as improved lead generation by implementing effective marketing plans. In this role, I effectively managed all the marketing operations, client seminars organization, CLEs, charitable and association sponsorships. With strategic leadership, I controlled creating and mailing invitations, internal and external advertising, PowerPoint presentations, seminar materials, and handouts. Utilized my excellent communication and negotiation skills, I collaborated with participants as well as monitored all charity and association sponsorships.With critical and analytical thinking, I developed an effective strategy and created annual calendars of programs by cooperating with Firm’s continuing legal education committee. As an Assistant Director of Alumni Relations, I assumed responsibilities for developing volunteer teams for alumni events, utilizing my excellent communication and organization skills. With my expertise, I successfully established and implemented marketing plans for 20-30 projects annually as well as managed the budget for each of them.
