The Junior Rank's Mess is a social networking and mentorship organization common to all ships and shore facilities in the Royal Canadian Navy. As the President of the Mess I direct the organization, financial planning and social calendar of the Junior Ranks Mess at HMCS Discovery.

At ISE, my primary responsibility was the design, manufacture, configuration, troubleshooting and operation of marine electromechanical systems. I have successfully took on roles including R&D Sea Trials Manager, OH&S Co-Chair, WHMIS Coordinator and Lead R&D Technician for a new AUV control system architecture. I have travelled internationally to attend.
