With over 25 years of enterprise experience in leadership and technical roles, I am a seasoned expert in Salesforce platform development and management. I hold 17 active Salesforce certifications, as well as three for AWS and one for Azure, demonstrating my proficiency in cloud computing and CRM solutions. As the Managing Director of the Salesforce Platform at Travelers, I lead a team of DevOps, QA, Production Support, and Governance professionals who provide shared services for the various teams, tools, and processes connecting to or enabling the Salesforce environment. My mission is to ensure the quality, efficiency, and security of the Salesforce implementation, as well as to optimize the user experience and business value of the platform. In addition to my technical expertise, I am also passionate about audio engineering and music creation. I have been active in a variety of capacities, such as mastering, producing, recording, mixing, writing, and performing, for over 11 years. I enjoy applying my skills and creativity to different genres and formats, and I am always eager to learn new techniques and technologies in the field.
