I started my career as a customer service representative and its beend 3 years rolling , while working I have gained a lot of things from my respective leaders and teammates that also had the same and more relevant experience on the field and that enabled me to learn more than what I have already learned. Not only to just talk to people everyday but to also tell what can be done and improve what I have learned not only to just fortify the basic fundamentals of how to say things but to also involve decision making on how you would strategies certain topics and issues that arises from each person you're talking with helping to get the main problem get done.
