• Responsible for embedding advanced analytical solutions in the services provided to our clients, focused on value creation and productivity enhancement. Led research, development, and implementation of analytics.
• Conceived of and implemented use of a big data mining tool to allow audit teams to develop new audit concepts at a scale previously unavailable to them, achieving new client savings of $23MM year to date.
• Implemented analytics to evaluate differences in prospective and retrospective client data streams that resulted in $15MM prospective client savings, with $10MM annualized retrospective savings as an interim benefit.
• Led a team that designed, built and implemented a complex audit selection predictive model that increased revenue per audit by 15%, and implemented measurement processes to assess ongoing value.
• Directed a multi-disciplinary team to deliver a specialty pharmaceutical study for a major client, resulting in new audit scope and drug and biological policy implementation in excess of $1MM revenue annually.
• Sold and delivered $1MM analytics client engagement to major a Blues plan that was an integral step in securing a full-spectrum services offering to that client.

• Start-up business focused on consumer-facing healthcare spending analytics and services. Business was ultimately shut down considering business conditions for consumer services during the great recession.
• Delivered numerous client consulting engagements as a means of maintaining cash flow during product development.
• Developed and deployed a web-based system to ingest client medical bills, implement workflow to analyze billing errors and trigger recovery of overpayments.
• Built a launch network of insurance agents to deploy Spending Doctor services.

• Start-up business focused on offshore delivery of revenue cycle services to healthcare providers, grew to $6MM revenue at the time of my departure.Founder of this company, responsible for all aspects of business.
• Created an innovative environment to bring medical coding into the 21st century, centered around training, processes and technology, allowing us to grow our team to 600 within five years.
• Drove a company culture around quality, resulting in incremental sales to 80% of customers, less than 1% rework, coding accuracy exceeding 95%, and 30% reduction in cost relative to onshore services. Managed attrition.
• Developed an implementation model that greatly reduced dependence on client IT resources, allowing a new client implementation to be delivered in weeks, providing for speedy revenue growth.
• Directly involved in selling each of our client relationships, usually in a solution-oriented, consultative selling role. Revenue grew to $6MM in my time with the company.
• Opened three offshore processing centers, hired the management teams, led all operational processes and monitoring; also, directly responsible for planning and managing finances of the centers.
