I manage a world-class team of Learning Experience Designers, creating dynamic content for BlackLine's accounting software customers.

Design, develop, and deliver engaging product training content that is directed to Blackline Customers, Partners, and Employees.

Created a dynamic learning experience for all Jobvite Users, with a combination of contextual help, product documentation, live and on-demand webinars, and formalized curriculum within an LMS. As Jobvite's original Training Professional, I developed and implemented multi-faceted tools that addressed the needs of the recruiting team, system administrators, and even the more casual users (employees and job seekers) of Jobvite's dynamic ATS, Onboard and Recruitment Marketing platform. I directed the Digital Adoption (WalkMe) strategy for both the Jobvite and Talemety product lines, winning the Silver Stevie Award in 2017 for Innovation in Customer Service - Computer Industries; I managed the Jobvite Knowledge Base (hosted in Salesforce); I was a Project Lead for our LMS (Skilljar), and employed a wide variety of developmental software.

As a Senior Course Developer, I developed and maintained all instructional materials for several Instructor Led Training Courses designed for either live or virtual delivery, devoted to the Taleo Recruiting and Taleo Performance product lines. Materials include but are not limited to: Instructor PowerPoint presentations, Student Guides, Leader Guides, Agendas, Supporting Documents, and Simulations. Target audiences include the Implementation Core Team, System and HR Administrators, and End Users. Developed and maintained Job Aids for the Performance product line, directed at HR Administrators and End Users who participate in Goal Planning, Performance Reviews, Career Planning, Development Planning, Succession Planning, and Reporting. Produced instructional videos and simulations for Recruiting, Performance, Onboarding, and Learn products. Served as peer evaluator for course development and editor for the Recruiting and Performance Documentation Teams. Provided instruction and documentation for all product feature releases.

As Cytiva's original Training Professional, I developed and delivered comprehensive web-based curriculum for all Users of the SonicRecruit ATS, as well as SonicPerform – our Performance Management software system. Implemented and developed on-line (contextual) help within our web-based product, including on-demand instructional videos and specialty Webinars that covered best practices and advanced user techniques. Provided client instruction and documentation on all new feature releases. Provided new and on-going staff training, as well as consultative services to Account Management and Support Staff with respect to problem-resolution and solution planning for client-identified needs. Served as curriculum developer and presenter at SonicRecruit User Conferences.

Managed the staff and educational aspects of a non-profit organization devoted to teaching students about the free enterprise system. Locally franchised for 42 of Michigan's counties, our programs reached over 50,000 students annually, incorporating over 2,000 business volunteers.

Provided Web-based training and related services to new clients using our software and database management system: a comprehensive Customer Relations software system for Real Estate Agents across the US. Developed and modified training curriculum, measurement/assessment tools, and training materials. Increased client satisfaction with training by over 100% and training capacity 5-fold. Provided internal staff training for product enhancements and new service modalities. Composed copy and performed professional voice work for client’s audio property advertisements.

Managed staff development as a part of the Human Resources Department, overseeing a staff of over 250 who served in 22 different locations in West Michigan and Northern Indiana. Inducted all new staff members into the company, training them in company policies, computer systems, products, business practices, and JCAHO accreditation matters. Supervised on-going training and staff development for a highly diverse staff that ranged from licensed professionals such as Pharmacists and RN’s to warehouse and customer service staff. Both directly in-serviced and coordinated the efforts of mentor or lead staff members. Composed training materials & guides for staff development, including: computer training manuals, competency assessment tools, & corporate policy. Provided consultation services to all managers and departments. Acted as Human Resources Director during company’s dissolution.
