Brian MarbutOwner, CourtCom, LLCLitigation ConsultantAfter finishing college in 1998 at Auburn University in Alabama, majoring in Business Management, Brian went to work for a manufacturing company, specializing in Tool and Die, Stampings, and Plastic Injection Molding. As their Operations Manager and subsequent Plant Manager for Precision Automatics, Brian oversaw between 25 and 50 employees. In this position, Brian acquired vast amounts of knowledge in project management, efficiency management, and high-tech support. Brian transitioned over to the Trial Support/Trial Technology field, and was performing trial work with TrialDirector, Summation, Concordance and many other trial support tools. In the fall of 2007 he moved to the Northeast to do trial support with a litigation support/trial support firm, and Brian quickly moved up to their most Senior Trial Consultant position, and kept that position until his departure in April of 2011.He has performed Trial Support on over 100+ trials, arbitrations, and mediations, with 80% of those consisting of jury trials, and the other 20% bench trials. Brian thrives on the "showtime" aspect of Trial Support, and has traveled the country - a hired gun so to speak - helping his clients win cases from coast to coast. (Over $1billion in successful verdicts under his belt).Since June of 2020, Brian has been working on the 3M Combat Earplug MDL. He’s been on site and in the ‘hot seat’ during 10 of the Bellwether trials over the last year working with Aylstock, Witkin, Kreis & Overholtz out of Pensacola and numerous other firms all over the country. He’s played a vital role in helping to win verdicts for soldiers.
