Brian Chaplin, the founder of Medicine Box, has a unique vision of equal parts medicine and mentorship to create full health sovereignty for individuals. He believes in addressing mental health issues such as anxiety, addiction, and depression through the seven pillar wisdom of mindfulness, music, food, community, collaboration, recovery and nature being the evolving medium weaving it all together.Growing up in New Hampshire, Brian's passion for nature and entrepreneurship bloomed in his childhood. Later on, he moved to North Lake Tahoe after completing college in 2002, where he discovered his knack for the medical cannabis trade. Brian's professional growth coincided with his personal journey toward sobriety, leading him to join the worldwide 12-step community in 2012 where he developed his inspiration to create innovative mental health solutions using plant-based therapeutics.Brian's own recovery process made him realize the need for alternative health solutions, which inspired him to create Medicine Box.
