On-site property management specialist requires effective supervision of spring and fall maintenance appointments to ensure systems are functioning properly while proactively identifying areas of concern. In depth site inspections are perform according to comprehensive checklists which are converted into a summary report provided back to the homeowner.My role includes the supervision of trade professionals (HVAC, Plumbers, Electricians) to solve the technical aspects of system maintenance within the custom home environment. These systems tend to be complex and require the ability to troubleshoot technical equipment issues to ensure efficient performance which results in a comfortable living environment. Previous experience at Applegate Farms during the Oracle ERP transition provided an understanding of system communication within a centralized system. Although not directly related to residential construction, many transferrable skills which align with sustainable home design and green building practices were obtained.

Primarily assigned to a home renovation project in Mendham, New Jersey which was selected as the designer show house for Mansion in May 2023 charity benefit for Morristown Medical Center. My personal involvement was as an apprentice carpenter on the Scandic Builders team. Following the direction of job site foreman and experienced carpentry/construction professionals to help complete the following tasks:Selective demolition and replacement of structural components such as severely rotted floor joists which were a result of antiquated rain water management and insect damage.Framing of new floor plan as detailed by architectural drawings and specific homeowner requests.Installation of custom wood clad windows into complex arch roofed dormers and other masonry openings which required technical weather proofing through proper flashing of material & sealant application.Preparation of concealed spaces for specific trades (HVAC, Plumber & Electrician) requests in a collaborative environment to ensure on-site work was completed efficiently.Punch list tasks required by the Mansion in May charity organization to meet the strict project deadline of April 2023.

Responsible for development of production schedules that align with forecasted sales volume to ensure the efficient delivery of inventory, maximize fill rates and achieve cost objectives.Essential Functions 1) Assess current inventory levels and forecasts to make appropriate business decisions that minimize costs and achieve corporate working capital and service level objectives.2) Collaborate with Demand Planning to translate S&OP forecasts to SKU level supply plans.3) Develop detailed understanding of manufacturing constraints and capabilities of the manufacturing locations to proactively identify and mitigate future supply issues.
