I am an International Tax Senior Manager at Deloitte Tax LLP with extensive experience in international tax consulting for U.S.-based multinational corporations, including IP migration, M&A, post-merger integration, value chain alignment, cash repatriation, and effective tax rate planning. Throughout my career I also have served foreign-parented groups on inbound tax planning and assisted clients with accounting for income taxes and tax compliance for corporations, pass-through entities, and individuals.
