Tech Mahindra acquired the IT staff from NCH. I am working on the NCH project from below. I started in 2014.

As a key contributor to the NCH Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) initiative, I managed the team in optimizing the EDI system to enhance operational efficiency across the organization. My primary objective was to elevate the system’s visibility and usability by integrating diverse document types, expanding the user base, and establishing robust support teams globally.Key Achievements:Enhanced EDI Functionality: Successfully implemented strategic enhancements to the NCH EDI system, significantly improving its capacity to meet the company’s needs.Global User Engagement: Led initiatives to increase internal user adoption, particularly focusing on the successful rollout of banking documents in Europe during the first phase of the project.Super User Training: Developed and conducted comprehensive training programs for super users and EDI support staff, ensuring effective utilization and troubleshooting of the system.Connecting to Key Stakeholders: Established connections with clearinghouses, payers, and providers to streamline data exchanges and enhance overall interoperability within the healthcare ecosystem.Phased Regional Expansion: Spearheaded the planning for subsequent phases of EDI expansion into Asia and Latin America, laying the groundwork for seamless integration and support in these regions.Innovation Leadership: In 2019, joined the Innovation team, driving forward-thinking projects that included the acquisition and implementation of Robotic Process Automation tools such as Automation Anywhere, as well as pioneering R&D collaborations with IBM’s Watson.Impact:Through these initiatives, I have significantly contributed to NCH’s operational agility and digital transformation, ensuring that the EDI system not only meets current business demands but also anticipates future challenges and opportunities.

An exciting and dynamic environment new to the EDI market has presented itself. Companies such as Walmart, Nike, Amazon, and a plethora of others are in need of standardization behind one means of B2B communication. Working together we have embarked upon the path of Electronic Data Interchange.
