At Chase I underwrite conventional, jumbo, and super jumbo non agency loans with a $1,000,000 lending authority. Instituted same day decisions for loans received by 2:00 PM through this program. Internet submissions increased by 50% over more costly trans box methods. This created massive savings for the center as pilot program eliminated most Set Up data entry. ● As an underwriter, I consistently exceeded underwriting decision daily benchmarks by 20% and maintained a final condition sign off of 1 day or less.
