With over 30 years of work experience in human resources and corporate affairs, I am a strategic leader and board director with expertise in organizational development, performance management, and stakeholder relations. As the Vice President Human Resources & Corporate Affairs at Millar Western Forest Products Ltd., I oversee the development and implementation of HR policies and programs that support the company's vision, values, and goals. I also manage the corporate communications, community engagement, and government relations functions of the company, ensuring alignment with the company's sustainability and social responsibility commitments.
