Since February 2015 I have been employed by the prestigious school Newington College in the heart of Sydney Australia. I have a dual component as Director of Football (for the Senior school and our two Preparatory schools, Wyvern and Lindfield) as well as Mathematics and Humanities (History and Philosophy and Religious Studies) teacher. I teach students from Year 7-12 and have used all the school digital platforms, e.g. Canvas, Synergetic and a wide range of teaching resources Mathspace, Education Perfect etc. Currently completing my "Proficiency" Teaching status with NESA.I manage over 40 coaches and 900 boys in the Football Programme over 3 Campuses. I am contracted until early December, 2021. After 22 years teaching in the South West of Ireland as a full time Mathematics, History, Head of ICT and Head of Religious Education at the highly acclaimed Intermediate School, Killorglin, Co. Kerry (1980-2001) I was employed in a number of roles by the Football Association of Ireland (2001-2015) but principally as the Senior Republic of Ireland Head of Performance Analysis and UEFA "A" and Pro License Tutor and Presenter. I was the analyst for 131 Senior International matches, over 40 under-age International matches, working very closely with Managers Giovanni Trapattoni, Brian Kerr, Martin O'Neill, Stephen Staunton, Don Givens, Damien Richardson, Pat Fenlon, Pat Devlin and Noel King and Coaches Marco Tardelli, Chris Hughton, Alan Kelly, Noel O'Reilly, Roy Keane, Liam Brady, Fausto Rossi, Sir Bobby Robson, Paul Clement, Packie Bonner, Kevin Richardson, and many more from 2003 to 2015. I worked on 4 European Qualification tournaments (2004,08,12 and 2016), three World Cup campaigns in 2006, 2010 and 2014 as well as Euro 2012 Finals in Poland and Ukraine

Conway became a record sub-four minute miler, National Steeplechase champion, was awarded an America Athletics Scholarship to Providence University, USA.
