As CEO of First Network Communications, Inc, I grew a sales force in excess of 30,000 independent agents within the first twelve months of the company's existence. We were the largest originator of operator services on public payphones in the country in the late 1990’s. We successfully built and subsequently sold a switch less reseller of both commercial and residential long distance. In addition, I built a large network marketing organization with Excel Telecommunications and was recognized as a top 40 income earner, out of over 1.5 million representatives. In 2000, my peers voted to award me the "Leader of the Year." I have enjoyed recognition within the direct sales industry publications as a leading innovator, motivator and trainer in direct selling after having trained over a million representatives in Excel and other companies.

As the CEO of Everyday Wealth, I was charged by the owner and chairman with transforming the company from a dot com looking for a distribution methodology to a marketing company with a dot com product. Everyday Wealth offered a web based solution for consumers to manage and control their personal debt.With this accomplished, I recruited my replacement and provided ongoing mentorship for one year.

I achieved the top position within the network marketing compensation plan. Fewer than 200 representatives (out of 1.5 million) were ever promoted to this level. I was elected by my peers to receive the Jay Smith Award in 2000 which was awarded to one representative in the company that gave of themselves to help others in the company.
