As Regional Manager, responsible for overseeing delivery of Managed Service Programs in the northeast, led staff of employees providing full-cycle sourcing activities for all contingent labor. Maintained compliance to Service Level Agreements, instituted best practices for managing contingent labor, resolved supplier issues, provide consultation related to supplier management and employment practices.
