I aligned the strategies of more than 20 global technology consulting teams, establishing standards, accelerators, and assets, growing over 200 FinOps practitioners.Best Practices: I drove the establishment policies and best practices that streamlined FinOps adoption, collaborating with a team of over 45 Cloud technology professionals. This led to a 60% increase in operational efficiency and expedited the delivery process.Vendor Management: I successfully managed relationships with our top 10 alliance partners. I aligned joint value propositions with solution offerings, which led to an increase in business development opportunities, while expanding our skills and enablement, resulting in a 20% increase in service capabilities. Technology Delivery: Hands-on with technology, I successfully led teams on projects, such as Cloud Migrations, Cloud FinOps adoption, Resiliency assessment, Risk planning, Orchestration implementation and delivery in the Financial Services sector, including Banking and Capital Markets, Wealth Asset Management, and Insurance. Cloud Migration Leadership: At Accenture, I successfully led a cross functional team of 34 in performance and architecture to launch the company's first microservices and first major Cloud Migration to AWS. This leadership role placed me at the forefront of a pivotal transformation within the organization.Project Management: I effectively managed and provided program oversight of 120 resources across 10 scrum teams. This large-scale management role required strategic planning and effective communication to support the phased migration roadmap.Technology Innovation: I drove digital transformation of the first enterprise implementation of AWS Lambda Microservices and CQRS at an enterprise level. Working with Architecture board, I established best practices and standards for Accenture, which were leveraged, furthering the company's innovation in cloud technology.Development Leadership: I was responsible for leading the development team of 20 for Accenture’s multi-million-dollar investment, known as Manage My Business. This project was a success and one of the first enterprise-level Single Page Applications (SPA), using Angular JS, becoming a new standard.Global Collaboration: I effectively worked with global cross functional teams to deliver program objectives, while staying in alignment and using development best practices.
