For more than 25 years, I have been a photographer who captures and communicates the diverse and dynamic aspects of humanity. I have worked for various newspapers, magazines, and media agencies, covering news, features, and portraits. I have also participated in an advertising campaign for Nikon and won multiple awards for my photography.Since 2011, I have been a member of Media Mecca team at Burning Man Project, a nonprofit organization that creates and supports a global community of artists, innovators, and visionaries. I help facilitate the interaction and collaboration between the media and the Burning Man community, as well as document and disseminate the creative and cultural expressions of the event. I am passionate about understanding and showing how communication shapes and connects cultures and societies, and how to balance the needs of narrative, information, and openness.
