Field Outreach And Community Relations
CurrentAs part of a team, I work directly with TriMet customers, staff and contractors to disseminate information, offer system navigation help, or simply to welcome returning and new riders alike. In addition, I provide feedback to internal stakeholders about TriMet visual aids and functionality. My goal in performing customer-focused duties on TriMet vehicles and property is to improve ridership while putting an approachable human face to an otherwise impersonal transit agency.
