About Brian Mclafferty

I am a strategic planning and management specialist. I work with organizations to align products and services with desired outcomes. My expertise is in performance management, but I do a lot of program and project management, process design and facilitation, stakeholder engagement, decision support and budgeting. The thing I love about my work is that I help organizational leaders unlock the potential of their organizations to do things differently. I am motivated by the adaptive challenges involved in moving organizations in new directions, and I like how my work brings together the analytical and cultural elements of change management.
