My focus at PS&S is permitting, licensing, and other pre-construction activities for complex real estate and utility projects, primarily in New Jersey, New York and Pennsylvania. I also provide program management and project management services that supplement my professional skills and diversified experience in natural resource and land use management particularly with regard to water resources and the interface of the built and natural environment. Previously I provided program management services for a complex site remediation that removed nearly 1,000,000 tons of chromium waste from more than 20 sites. Accountabilities included: coordinating a large and diverse project team; coordinating the submittal and review of extensive regulatory documentation; and establishing and maintaining schedules. Prior to that, I managed land use and environmental aspects of a private equity firm’s efforts to redevelop almost 1,000 acres of Delaware River waterfront and led the permitting division of a consulting engineering firm directing the preparation and review of applications for federal, state and local environmental and land use permits and Environmental Impact Statements.
