Member of the Oracle Retail Leadership Team, which is the governing body of the project and manages the scope of the current release. The Leadership Team is accountable to review all deliverable documents and/or deliverable approval processes. As the Quality Assurance Lead, I am responsible for the update and communication to the Risk & Controls group on updates to company "key controls" that will be impacted by the Oracle Retail Implementation. Manage the external engagement with Risk & Controls and Internal Audit in regards to the project. I am responsible for the Risk and Issue management at a program level as well as providing guidance to each individual stream within the project. Manage approval and document retention of all deliverable documents produced with the current release. Responsible for the update of all process documents that blanket end-to-end processes of control elements defined within the project scope.

Completed several special projects such as Account Reconciliation review, ACM reviews and associate Social Security Number protection review, while performing normal compliance testing responsibilities. Control testing completed covered area’s such as inventory, financial statements, account reconciliations, store operations procedures, pensions, health and 401k benefits and contract control. Provided training and guidance to summer interns. Currently coordinating and providing testing guidance to Ahold Financial Services for several inventory controls to gain greater coverage and control accuracy at AFS and Giant Carlisle.

Managed weekly accounts payable and receivables between $60 and $70 million. Facilitated the resolution of variances in payments and credits for warehouse releases, transportation billing and inventory case costs between Stop & Shop and third party vendors. Maintained the Cost Mismatch Database between S&S purchasing and key vendors, including C&S, Bunzl, and Garelick. Responsible for resolution of cost discrepancies. Posted all activity for financial transactions between S&S and C&S, including weekly headquarters statement, PO credits, accounts payable, accounts receivable and warehouse transfers.
